Welcome to Rotary Club Sargodha

Sargodha District lies between the rivers Jhelum and the Chenab. Its headquarter, the city of Sargodha, was founded in the year 1903. It is located in northeast Pakistan. It is 8th largest city of Pakistan and also known as Pakistan's best Citrus producing area. It is an agricultural trade centre with various industries. Sargodha is one of three "planned cities" in Pakistan.

ROTARY is an organization of business, professional and government leaders united worldwide, who provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations and help build goodwill and peace in the world. It is the world's first service organization. Rotary International (RI), over 100 years old and perhaps the largest non-government community service organization in the world is working in 168 countries with over 32,000 clubs and over 1.2 million members.

Rotary Club of Sargodha, an affiliate of Rotary International was chartered in 1958. It is an active and leading Rotary Club. Its members represent a wide cross-section of society and include leaders from the industry, professionals, academia and NGOs.

Being a part of Rotary International; we actively support service programmes such as - Polio Plus and many more. Sargodha Medical Centre which includes free dispensary, clinical laboratory and eye care unit are among the internationally known examples of the Community Service projects undertaken by Rotary movement. As is required, the club is active with its Inner Wheel, Rotaractors and Interactors. The Club meets on Monday at 8:00pm at the Aslam Rotary Hall, Officers Club, Sargodha.
